Return and Refund Policy

The Return and Refund Policy on our website or app establishes the conditions for product changes and returns. It applies to products and services purchased through our online store.

1) CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS

The conditions to request a change or return are the following:

  • Timeframe to request a change or return: 15 days after purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and undamaged.
  • Not eligible for changes or returns: personalized products, or fully executed services.

2) PROCESS TO REQUEST A CHANGE OR RETURN

To request a change or return, you must follow this process:

  • Contact customer service via legal@consultiadigital.com.
  • Complete the return/change request form provided by our team.
  • Submit the required documentation: order or invoice number, and justification for the request.

3) REFUND AND CHANGE OPTIONS

The options available once the request is approved are:

  • Refund methods: money return to the same account or card, or store credit on the platform.
  • Estimated time to process the refund: 5 to 10 business days after approval.
  • Change options: replacement for another plan of equal value or partial refund.

4) EXCEPTIONS AND GUARANTEES

Additional considerations:

  • In cases of billing errors or improper charges, the process will be free and prioritized.
  • Digital services already consumed or subscription months already completed are not subject to return.
